Our Bourbon Hickory Syrup is sweet and slightly smoky. It has a nutty, caramel like taste with a hint of bourbon, giving it a unique taste. Use on any breakfast foods, meat glazes, salmon, BBQ, baked goods, mixed drinks etc. Makes a great gift for a hostess, foodie, Grandpa or anyone!
Ingredients: Hickory Bark Extract, Cane sugar, bourbon, Citric Acid (to retard re-cystalization)
Our syrups will last up to a year or longer unopened. Once opened keep refrigerated. Since our syrups do not contain corn syrups or other ingredients it is natural for them to re-crystallize like honey does over time. You may reheat it and dissolve the crystals; it in no way affects taste or longevity of the product.
